Fan's Chinese Restaurant has been serving authentic Chinese cuisine to patrons in Dartmouth and Halifax for over 15 years. Since taking over the restaurant in 2008, the Choi family has further developed the fusion menu, which combines ingredients from both southern and northern Chinese traditions. The current, expanded menu offers a diversity of fine culinary delights.

The restaurant has been recognized as the best Chinese restaurant in Halifax by voters for 96.5 Kool FM. Metro newspaper, and the Consumer's Choice Institute in 2010. The newly-renovated dining and banquet rooms can accommodate up to 170 people, and are ideal for business  receptions, family gatherings, or other special functions.
